Haley Brennan combats a gorging issue and came back to wellness more grounded than at any other time. 

Haley Brennan started lifting loads at age 16 and started perusing Oxygen magazine and following the exercises at the rec center. By 17, she had contended in two figure rivalries and was snared on the fit way of life. "I ached for the devotion required for preparing and eating appropriately, and I needed to go through my days constantly improving," Brennan says.

Yet, while at school, Brennan was the casualty of a strike at work, which made her distinction from her group of friends and go to nourishment for solace. "As though somebody flipped a switch, I went from working out six days seven days to scarcely by any stretch of the imagination," she says. "My yearning was unquenchable. All the advancement I had made slipped from my fingers." 

In a half year, Brennan's weight shot up 60 pounds and she turned out to be seriously discouraged. Although she started depending on her additional load as a familiar object, the humiliation and mocking from supposed companions were excruciating.
